What is it?

Are you over 65 living in or near Portimao/Praia da Rocha?

Looking for a fun way to stay active, meet new people, and play the beautiful game? Look no further!


Walking Football is a modified version designed to be easy on the joints, while still letting you enjoy the thrill of the sport. The games are designed to provide a low-impact but enjoyable football experience for seniors over 65 years (men and women).


📅 Weekly Set Time and Days.


🍻 After the game, just a short walk away we gather at our favourite spot and partner where we will enjoy some tapa's and an ice cold "Imperial" on the house, allowing us to socialize and share stories. (thanks to Funky Lounge)
